Local Storage
Your workout data is primarily stored locally on your device using SQLite database. This data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Cloud Sync (Optional)
If you choose to enable cloud sync:
- Your data is securely stored on Supabase servers
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS
- You can delete your cloud data at any time
