Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Qrra ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Qrra is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Scan QR codes and barcodes using their device camera
• Import and scan QR codes from images in their photo library
• Generate QR codes for various content types (URLs, text, WiFi, contacts, etc.)
• Save and manage scan history and created codes

User Accounts and Subscriptions

Free Version

The App offers a free version with limited features and usage restrictions. The free version may display advertisements.

Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available through in-app subscription purchases
• Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings

Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Scan, create, or distribute QR codes containing illegal content
• Scan, create, or distribute QR codes that infringe on intellectual property rights
• Scan, create, or distribute QR codes containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Scan, create, or distribute QR codes for phishing or fraudulent purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm minors in any way
• Impersonate any person or entity

Intellectual Property

Our Property

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Qrra and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using the App (such as QR codes). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's functionality.

Disclaimers

"As Is" Service

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA
• DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICE
• SECURITY BREACHES RESULTING FROM SCANNING MALICIOUS QR CODES

Third-Party Links and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services through scanned QR codes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Change these Terms at any time
• Update the App's features and functionality

We will notify users of significant changes to these Terms through the App or other appropriate means.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• All provisions of these Terms which should survive termination shall survive

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qrra regarding the use of the App.

By using Qrra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
