Soso Family ("we", "our", or "us") operates the SnapTip mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.
SnapTip does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
The app uses your device's camera solely to scan receipts for tip calculation purposes. All processing happens locally on your device. No images or data are sent to any server.
SnapTip requires camera access to scan receipts. The camera is used only for real-time text recognition to detect the total amount on your receipt. No photos are saved or transmitted.
SnapTip displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can review Google's privacy practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
SnapTip stores your tip percentage preferences locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
