- Voice Data: Audio recordings you choose to convert to text
- Transcripts: Text converted from your audio recordings

- Device Information: Device type, operating system version
- Usage Data: Number of conversions, app usage patterns
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain the app functionality
- Convert your voice recordings to text
- Sync your data across devices (if you enable cloud sync)
- Improve our app and user experience
- Respond to your inquiries and support requests
Data Storage
Local Storage
Your audio recordings and transcripts are primarily stored locally on your device. This data remains on your device unless you enable cloud sync.
Cloud Sync (Optional)
If you choose to enable cloud sync:
- Your profile and settings are stored on Supabase servers
- Data is encrypted in transit using TLS
- You can delete your cloud data at any time
Voice Processing
- Audio is processed locally using Apple's Speech Recognition
- We do not store your audio files on our servers by default
- Voice data storage can be enabled/disabled in Privacy Settings

- Audio Files: Stored only on your device; deleted when you remove them
Children's Privacy
VoiceNote is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
