By downloading, installing, or using VoiceNote ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

VoiceNote is a voice-to-text conversion application that:
- Converts audio recordings to text using speech recognition
- Supports multiple languages
- Offers subscription plans with additional features
- Provides AI-powered features for Pro subscribers
Account Registration

You may create an account using:
- Apple Sign In
- Google Sign In
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must provide accurate information
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App

Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Payment is charged to your iTunes account
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime through your App Store settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of the billing period
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer the App
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Upload malicious content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
Our Property
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SosoFamily. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your audio recordings and transcripts. You grant us limited license to process your content to provide the service.
Disclaimers
Service Availability
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- Speech recognition accuracy may vary
Third-Party Services
- We use Apple's Speech Recognition technology
- Accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and other factors
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for data loss on your device
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
By You
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
