Open it, log your sets, get back to training.
FitnessLog is a plain workout log: exercises, sets, reps and weight, a calendar of what you did, and the stats that show you're progressing. No account needed and no subscription.
What it looks like

Who it's for
People who lift or follow a structured program and just want a record of sets, reps and weight — without a sign-up wall or a monthly fee.
How it works
- Start a workout and add exercises from the built-in library of 129, or create your own.
- Log each set: weight and reps.
- Save sessions you repeat as routines and start the next workout from one.
- Check the calendar and the monthly stats — total volume, set counts, most-trained muscle groups and personal records.
