Tallyleaf is a simple log for weekly shots and daily pills. No account, nothing collected, no subscription. Everything you enter stays on your iPhone.
Why another tracker
There are plenty of GLP-1 apps. Many ask you to sign up and keep your entries on their servers, and several list “Data Used to Track You” on their App Store privacy label. The ones that don't usually want a monthly subscription.
What you log here is personal: the medicine you take, your dose, your weight, how you felt. We think it belongs on your phone and nowhere else. So Tallyleaf has no account to create, no server to send data to, and no ads or analytics inside the app.
What it will do
- Weekly shot and daily pill schedules, with reminders on your phone. By default the lock-screen reminder doesn't name the medicine.
- A dose log where you type the dose exactly as it's written on your prescription — mg, units, or both. The app never converts between them.
- Log a dose you forgot to record, on the day you actually took it.
- Injection-site rotation, so you can see where you went last time.
- Side effects, including a one-tap “none today”.
- A weight chart with markers where your dose changed. Optional two-way sync with Apple Health (off until you turn it on).
- Switch history — the date you moved from one product to another, for example from a brand-name pen to a Canadian generic.
- Backup and export as JSON or CSV, so moving to a new phone doesn't mean losing your history.
- Face ID lock.
Works with semaglutide and tirzepatide medicines, including brand-name (such as Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Rybelsus®, Mounjaro® and Zepbound®), Canadian generic and compounded forms. You can also add a medicine that isn't on the list. Not affiliated with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
What it won't do
- It won't calculate, suggest or adjust a dose, and it won't tell you what to do about a missed one.
- It won't convert mg to units or the other way round. Those numbers come from your prescription.
- It won't sync to the cloud. That's the trade-off for having no account: you move your data with a backup file.
